1847 Financial

As the youngest of six girls to a widowed mother, Carol Brian grew up knowing how important being prepared for financial hardships is. She learned, at a very young age, that many women will be left financially vulnerable at some point in their life, either due to the loss of a job, the death of a spouse, or the end of a marriage. These can be very trying times that require sound financial decisions -- when emotions are at their peak. She is committed to helping women in these situations achieve financial independence by educating and empowering them at a time when they may feel very alone and helping them be better prepared for the unexpected. With her 30+ years of financial planning experience, she knows what questions women should ask themselves and can guide them in putting the answers together to create a complete view of their financial well-being.

Carol founded the Women in Business program for the Northern Lancaster County Chamber, is active in Polka Dot Powerhouse, two ABWA chapters, Women in Financial Services, Referral Partners Plus and ProWo. Her biggest passion is being involved with the Lancaster Chamber Mentor Program where she is on the Advisory Group.

She is married and is mom to two girls: her daughter, Allison, and her dog, Molly. She loves to be outside enjoying her beautiful country view, her yard which is landscaped to attract lovely songbirds and taking care of her garden.
